2023 Schedule of Performances and Art Actions
While every shanty is open during all public hours, the Performances + Art Actions pop up at different times throughout the village: at the Performance Stage, at specific shanties, interspersed between shanties, roving, or at expansive spaces like the ‘Lagoon’ and the “Oasis’. SATURDAY, JANUARY 21
11am: Experimental ice sculpting demonstrations @ Ice Garden

OTHER DETAILS ABOUT VISITING:
The shanty village is open 10am – 4pm on weekends from January 21 – February 12, 2023. Since we are doing Plan Beach we are located in the Bandshell park, along the shore, and in the picnic grounds.
We have a suggested donation of $10 – 20, no one turned away, all are welcome! 2023 shanty season members keep invitations to nighttime parties with artists!
ASL interpreters and audio describers will be available every day from 11am – 2pm. Meet at the Welcome Shanty to get connected with a guide who will accompany you throughout the village – choose your own adventure, our guides are trained on every project. Accessible parking is available in the Bandshell Lot. Kicksleds are available for accessible transport to the village and throughout. You can also bring a friend to escort you.
