Star Light, Star Bright Shanty

Star Light, Star Bright Shanty celebrates the power of the sun, with both a giant, sunlit LiteBrite, and a passive solar air heater. When you enter the star-shaped shanty, you will create a rainbow glow inside by plugging recycled water bottle pegs into the inner wall. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about the passive solar vents heating the shanty. Hopefully, you’ll get to experience a space that, at least with winter coats, will feel cozy — thanks to our closest star!
