Practice fro-gahhh (frozen yoga) on the ice every Saturday at 2pm at the shanties, led by BIPOC instructors from Bridges Through Yoga. Each session will be grounded in a topic related to climate and/or racial justice. There will also be a BIPOC-only session on Sunday, Feb 11 at 2pm. No need to sign up or register – just show up!
FAQ’s: What do I wear to practice? Where whatever you feel comfortable and warm in. Comfortable is relative ;-) What do I need to bring? A spirit of curiosity, willingness to be in community and sharing this frozen experience. A limited amount of mats will be provided. What experience level is required to practice? Fro-gahhh is open to all experience levels and ages(Family Friendly) so just show up as you are.
