As Seen From Below

This piece is about the things we treat as temporary, but are in fact quite permanent. The structure is constructed of reclaimed timber and is decorated with various forms of consumer plastic waste that have been reformed to invoke the aquatic life of Bde Unma. The “ceiling” is inspired by the ice as seen from below also made with reclaimed materials with a 2-4 ft infinity mirror suspended in the center that is activated by a hand crank generator.
