OPM WINTER PAINTERS PRESENT: STILL LIFE PAINTING WHEN LIFE WON’T STAND STILL

Winter Plein Air Painters from Outdoor Painters of Minnesota are a hardy crew of artists who paint the world as it happens in front of them—even in winter! Painters will demonstrate plein air techniques and supervise Berton Box painting pochades for visitors to use. Colored balloons will show filtered and reflected light and throw interesting and counter-intuitive shadow colors on the snow, creating a perfect setting for a classic lesson in still life painting.
